High School Girls- Girls' Night (Fall 2025)

This group will be co-led by Jessica Pfendler, Shelby Deppe, Kate Schlie, and Kylie Holtmeier-Guilliams.

Our High School girls group, “Girls Night”, meets twice a month off-site for dessert and Bible Study. We we gather with good food to grow in relationship with each other and dive into God’s Word.

Here’s a little bit more about your leaders:

Hi there, I’m Jessica Pfendler! I’m so excited and honored to be a small group leader for your daughter this year! This is my fifth year hanging with our high schoolers and it’s truly a delight to be a part of their lives. I’m a wedding photographer on the weekends and also have the joy of being a stay-at-home mom to our daughter, Marigold. (Who is also a big fan of our HS girls!) I can’t wait to grow alongside your girl this year!

Hi everyone! My name is Shelby Deppe and I am so excited to be (back!) working with Messiah’s High School Girls. I currently work as a pediatric dietitian, but in my free time, I love spending time with family and taking our dogs on lots of walks! I cannot wait to get to work with and learn from Messiah’s creative and wonderful young women!

Hi! My name is Kate Schlie, and I’m a 6th grade teacher at Messiah. This is my fourth year helping with the high school ministry, and I’m so excited to be leading your student this year!

Hi! I’m Kylie and excited to start my 3rd year as a small group leader with our high school girls.  My daughter, Anna, is a Junior and is also part of the girls small group. My two sons enjoy attending Sunday School and sometimes tagging along with me to the high school events.   Currently, I am a school social worker, and have worked in schools for the past 4 years. Before working in schools, I worked in Community Mental Health.  

The group will meet every other Wednesday of the month from 7 - 8:30pm.

The first meeting is Wednesday, September 3rd from 7 – 8:30pm.
