F3 Men's Group

F3 stands for fitness, fellowship and faith. This community group offers a workout group twice a week for men combined with intentional time to foster relationships and grow faith.

This men's group will be led by “Walker” Boone Jackson. Boone & his wife, Jill, first started attending Messiah in 2006. They were blessed to be part of a Community Group who helped them feel welcomed and bonded them to Messiah. They have three boys ages 17, 14 & 12. The F3 Five Core Principles:

1. Free of charge

2. Open to all men

3. Held outdoors

4. Peer led

5. Ends with Circle of Trust (COT)

Workouts are outside on Messiah’s campus every Tuesday and Thursday morning at 5:30am, rain or shine, regardless of weather. 

The first meeting is Tuesday, September 16th from 5:30 - 6:30am.
