Messiahkids

MessiahKids

January 28th - May 13th, 2018

Ages 0 - 5th Grade
MessiahKids meets on Sunday mornings from 9:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
Our Infants and Toddlers room, our 2 year old room, Early Childhood rooms, and Elementary Grades will be using the curriculum from Orange, which is designed for the church and the parents to partner in nurturing the spiritual development of their children. Each month brings a new theme, and a Bible verse to focus on for the month. Parents, please prayerfully consider volunteering as a small group leader for one of the MessiahKids classes. The relationship between a small group leader and their kids is an important one, and we know that you will also be blessed by serving!

6th – 8th Grade Our Middle School Sunday classes are designed to encourage conversation among our kids and teachers about ways to put our faith in action in the middle of challenges that we face every day. We look to God’s Word for guidance, and to our Christian friends and teachers for support and encouragement as we step out in faith each day.

Kings kids

Kings Kids

January 31st - May 2nd, 2018

Kings Kids is on Wednesday evenings from 7:00 - 8:15. The cost is $10 for new students and $5 for returning students (please bring payment on the first night of class). King’s Kids is a Bible class for children in grades 1-6 who attend public school or are homeschooled. We study Bible stories, discuss the catechism, and memorize scripture and parts of the catechism. This is a great class to take before confirmation classes to get familiar with the materials that you will be building on in confirmation! King’s Kids uses a small group/large group format. We break into grade-level small groups to do our Bible study. To discuss the catechism connection, we come back together into one large group.

Women's Bible Study: Tuesday

April 24th - May 15th, 2018

A 6-Session Study From
Best-Selling Author Lysa TerKeurst
What is the deep cry of your heart? That ache in your soul that keeps you up at night? The prayer you keep repeating? Jesus not only cares about this deep, spiritual wrestling, but He also wants to step in and see you through it.

Join Lysa TerKeurst on the streets of Israel to explore the seven I AM statements of Jesus found in the Gospel of John. Through this interactive, in-depth study, you will learn to:

Trade feelings of emptiness and depletion for a more personal fulfillment from knowing who Jesus is.
Stop living like a slave to your circumstances by training your heart to embrace the life-giving freedom God wants for you.
Gain a better understanding of how Jesus' words 2,000 years ago are so very applicable to the answers we are searching for today.

*Join other Freshman Connectors at our Planning Night to personalize letters to incoming freshmen students and help plan the Welcome Party
